How long is the processing time?

All products are handmade with love and care. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. We will always do our best to get your order out as soon as we possibly can. 

How long is shipping?

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail track24 and the should be with you within 1-2 working days. However during the holiday season, it may take a few days longer, your patience is appreciated. 

How much is delivery?

£4.99 for orders under £40 and Free UK Delivery On All Orders Over £40.

£20 delivery is charge for rest of the world. 

Can I collect my order?

We do not currently have a collection service

How will I know my order has been shipped?

You'll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
